Prof. Junhui Hu

Brief: 

Junhui Hu received his Ph.D. Degree from Tokyo Institute of Technology, Tokyo, Japan, in 1997, and B. E. and M. E. degrees in electrical engineering from Zhejiang University, Hangzhou, China, in 1986 and 1989, respectively. Currently he works for Nanjing University of Aeronautics & Astronautics, China, as a full professor. His research interest is in ultrasonic sensors and actuators, ultrasonic nano fabrication, ultrasonic micro/nano/molecular manipulations, etc. He is a Chang-Jiang Distinguished Professor, China, and an IAAM Fellow.

Prof. Jie Liu

Brief: 

Prof. Jie (Peter) Liu is leading international research efforts in Prognostics and Health Management (PHM) with applications to several engineering systems including gas turbine engines, lithium ion batteries, and mechanical power transmissions. His research contributions have led to 56 journal papers and 36 conference papers. Among these publications, there are 17 papers published in journals with an impact factor higher than 8 (highest impact factor: 39.714) , 3 papers rated as ESI highly cited papers, 8 papers that received over 250 citations, and the total citations are over 5000 (Google Scholar). Five of his papers were regarded as seminal papers in the field, including a conference paper published in the Proceedings of PHM 2010 International Conference. Four of his papers were cited by Wikipedia under "Maintenance (technical)", "Prognostics", "Particle filter", and "Intelligent Control", respectively.

Prof. Zhiyuan Yao

Brief: Member of Chinese Society of Aeronautics and Astronautics; Senior Member of Chinese Society of Mechanics; Executive Director of National University Mechanical Engineering Testing Technology Research Association; Standing Member of Dynamic Test Committee of Chinese Society of Vibration Engineering; Executive Editor and deputy editor of the 7th Editorial Board of Vibration, Test and Diagnosis. He has been engaged in structural vibration characteristics analysis and dynamic modeling research work for a long time. The research involves vibration and noise estimation and control of vehicles; Modal identification and damage identification of large structures based on environmental vibration. In 2004, he engaged in the research of ultrasonic motor technology, involving the structural dynamics analysis of ultrasonic motor, dynamic modeling, rotor contact friction mechanism, and ultrasonic motor structure design.

Prof. Zhiyuan Zhu

Brief: Dr. Zhiyuan Zhu (Ph.D.-Microelectronics and solid state electronics), now is a full professor in Southwest University. He is editorial board members in PLOS ONE (SCI index) and SCIREA journal of Energy. He is also the committee members and gives invited or keynote talks mutiple international conferences. He is senior members of CSMNT and CIS society. He got his B.S in electronic science and technology (microelectronics technology) at university of electronic science and technology of china, Ph.D. in microelectronics and solid state electronics at Peking University, and he was a visiting scholar of Georgia institute of technology (2013-2014). He joined Zhejiang University as an assistant professor in 2016. And Dr. Zhiyuan Zhu got Zhongtian Faculty Fellowship of Ocean College, Zhejiang University in 2018. He is promoted as a full professor in Southwest Universityin September 2019.

Assoc. Prof. Chao Liu

Brief: He is mainly engaged in scientific research in the field of flight dynamics and control. His research interests are mainly in the geometric representation of complex aircraft systems and the application of differential geometry methods in control technology. The director of China Energy Society, the subject degree evaluation expert of the Ministry of Education, the graduate degree thesis evaluation expert of the Ministry of Education, the National College students' Energy conservation and emission reduction competition evaluation expert, the science and Technology Achievement Award evaluation expert of Jiangsu Province, the high-tech enterprise evaluation expert of Jiangsu Province, the science and technology evaluation and consulting expert of Jiangsu Province, and the executive director of Jiangsu Engineering Thermophysics Society Director, Vice President of Science and Technology of Jiangsu Province, Secretary-General of Nanjing Solar Energy Society, etc. He has been engaged in the research work of mechanical steam recompression (MVR), high efficiency energy system, semiconductor temperature difference power generation system, solar thermal utilization, high efficiency heat transfer technology, etc. At present, it has published more than 100 SCI papers above the two regions, of which 1 was highly cited, applied for more than 90 invention patents, and has authorized nearly 80, of which 8 are transferred, exclusive license and general license 3.
